Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the smartphone application "ienote" ("the App") provided by relogica Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you ("user") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The App provides the following family life management services:

  • Family Calendar: Share and manage schedules (month/week/list views, recurrence, reminders, etc.)
  • Family TODO: Share and assign tasks (due date, assignee, priority, recurring tasks, etc.)
  • Shopping List: Share and manage shopping lists with family (categories, purchase status, notifications, etc.)
  • Notes: Create and edit notes shared with family (text editing, comments, folder management, etc.)
  • Speech Transcription: Record audio within notes and convert to text using AI (usage time limits apply for free plan; reward ads may add usage)
  • Family Management: Create or join a family via invitation code, manage members
  • Push Notifications: Notifications for shopping list additions/purchases, TODO completion, etc.
  • Voice Input: Add items to the shopping list by voice (usage limits apply; reward ads may add usage)
  • AI Category Detection: Automatic category suggestion for shopping items, events, and TODO
  • AI Note Processing: Markdown formatting and summary generation of note text
  • Subscription (Standard Plan): Ad-free experience and unlimited voice input and speech transcription

The App is free to use with ads displayed within the app. By subscribing to the paid Standard Plan, you can enjoy additional features such as ad removal and unlimited voice input and speech transcription.

Article 3 (Registration)

To use the App, you must sign in with Apple ID.

To join a family, enter the 6-character invitation code shared by the family owner.

If you delete your account, data associated with that account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 4 (Family Management)

4.1 Owner and Members

The user who creates a family becomes the owner and can manage family settings and members. Users who join via invitation code are members and can use the calendar, TODO, and shopping list.

4.2 Invitation Code

Please keep your invitation code confidential. Anyone who knows the code may join that family.

4.3 Leaving a Family

Users may leave a family at any time. After leaving, you will no longer have access to that family's shared data.

4.4 Note Share Links

Users may issue share links for notes they have created. Each share link must be configured with a password (4 characters or more) required for viewing or editing and an expiration period (1, 7, 30, or 90 days).

The issuer of a share link is responsible for proper management, understanding that any third party who knows the password can view or edit the content of that note. Share links can be deleted and revoked at any time by the issuer, and share links that have passed their expiration period automatically become inaccessible.

We bear no responsibility for actions taken by third parties who view or edit notes via share links.

4.5 Virtual Members

The family owner may add "virtual members" who do not sign in to the App. Virtual members can be assigned as the person in charge of calendar events, TODOs, and shopping list items, but cannot sign in to the App or receive notifications. The owner may later link a virtual member to a real account (promote), allowing the promoted user to continue using the existing data as a regular member.

Article 5 (Subscription)

5.1 Standard Plan

The App offers a paid subscription called the "Standard Plan." Subscribing to the Standard Plan provides ad-free usage and unlimited voice input.

5.2 Auto-Renewal and Pricing

The Standard Plan is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew, and the same amount will be charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID.

5.3 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription from your iPhone's "Settings" > "Apple ID" > "Subscriptions." Cancellation cannot be done directly within the App. After cancellation, you may continue to use Standard Plan features until the end of the current subscription period.

5.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and charges will apply if not cancelled before the trial period ends.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:

  • Activities that violate laws or public order
