relogica Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of users ("you" or "user") of our smartphone application "kasanete" ("the App") and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information:

• Photo Data: Photos taken by the user (stored on the device's Camera Roll)
• Advertising Identifier: An anonymous ID used for ad delivery

2. Where Information Is Stored

Photos taken with the App are stored only on your device's Camera Roll. Photos are never uploaded to our servers.

Uninstalling (deleting) the App does not delete photos saved to your Camera Roll. You can delete photos through the App's gallery feature or your device's Photos app.

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing App functionality (taking, saving, and displaying photos)
• Displaying advertisements

4. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

• Advertising identifiers are collected for ad delivery
• Non-personalized ads may be displayed

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• Technical processing by service providers described in this Privacy Policy:
  • Google: Ad delivery (AdMob)
• When required by law

6. Data Deletion

Photos taken with the App can be deleted by:

• Deleting from the App's gallery screen
• Deleting from your device's Photos app

Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete photos saved to your Camera Roll.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in laws or the addition of new features to the App. The revised Privacy Policy will become effective when posted on this page.
