Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the smartphone application "MofuTalk" ("the App") provided by relogica Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you ("user") agree to be bound by these Terms.
About This Entertainment App
This App is for entertainment purposes. The AI translation feature does not accurately translate your pet's actual feelings but generates creative content with humor.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the App.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The App provides the following entertainment services:
- AI translation of pet's feelings from photos and videos
- Voice reading of translation results
- Pet profile management
- Translation history storage and viewing
- Favorites feature
Article 3 (Registration)
Using the App requires login with Apple ID. By logging in with Apple ID at first launch, you can use all features.
If you delete your account, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Article 4 (Subscription)
The App offers the following plans:

4.1 Auto-Renewal
The Premium Plan is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew.
4.2 Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Renewal fees are charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
- If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchase
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:
- Open the "Settings" app on iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "MofuTalk"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Even after cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current subscription period.
Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:
- Activities that violate laws or public order
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Uploading content that promotes or glorifies animal abuse
- Uploading inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
- Activities that destroy or interfere with our server or network functions
- Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
- Collecting or accumulating personal information of other users
- Impersonating other users
- Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in connection with our services
- Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or tampering with the App
- Other activities that we deem inappropriate
Article 6 (Service Suspension)
We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following reasons exist:
- When performing maintenance or updates to the computer systems for the App
- When providing the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
- When service provision becomes difficult due to AI service provider failures or maintenance
- Other cases where we determine that providing the App is difficult
We shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the App, regardless of the reason.
Article 7 (Copyright)
Copyright for photos and videos uploaded by users to the App belongs to the users. However, we may use this content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the App.
Users may freely use text and voice content generated by AI translation for personal purposes.
Article 8 (AI Translation)
Please understand the following about the AI translation feature of the App:
- The AI translation feature is for entertainment purposes and does not accurately reflect your pet's actual feelings or intentions
- Translation results are automatically generated by AI, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness
- Avoid judging your pet's health condition or behavior based on translation results
- If you have concerns about your pet's health, please consult a veterinarian
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- We do not expressly or implicitly guarantee that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc.).
- We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the App.
- Translation results are for entertainment purposes, and we shall not be liable for their content.
Article 10 (Service Changes)
We may change the content of the App or discontinue providing the App without notice to users, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 11 (Terms Changes)
We may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted in the App or on our website.
Article 12 (Personal Information)
We handle personal information obtained through the use of the App appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."
Article 13 (Governing Law)
Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
